MAYBE THE BEST OF THE COLLECTION – Score: 8/10
In the Harmony family, I choose the Smooth Arabica. The Smooth Arabica is the second edition in this series that started in 2021 with the Rich Cacao, followed by the Intense Arabica, Amber Meadow, and the upcoming Vibrant Oak.
Aged in sherry casks (as almost all sherry casks are, by the way), the result is quite successful and reconciles us with Macallan.
The silkiness of the distillate is recognizable and typical of the Macallan style, offering notes of milk chocolate and black grapes.
Among the three versions tasted, this one stands out clearly for its quality.
