I carefully select the whiskies based on my expertise of the malt industry.  I provide, as much as possible, affordable prices being competitive with the market.

All the money collected will finance the buying of new bottles.

I advise the best restaurants (such as the famous “Comme chez Soi”) to build up their whisky menu.
