La seule influence qu’aura le fût de sherry sera l’amertume constante et désagréable sur ce whisky. Le reste sera très céréalier, crèmeux, mielleux.
Malgré la réduction, l’alcool sera encore fort présent donnant une note mentholée peu satisfaisante. La finale boisée ne sera pas des plus réjouissante également.
Bref, encore une déception dans les embouteillages de Murray McDavid qui n’ont pas encore réussi à me convaincre.

Despite the reduction, the alcohol is still very present giving an unsatisfactory minty note. The woody finish will not be the most pleasing either.
In short, another disappointment from the bottlings of Murray McDavid who have not yet managed to convince me.
