Notre club de whisky a décidé de se lancer dans de l’exploration en dehors (très en dehors) des sentiers battus en expérimentant des whiskey américains.
Ou plutôt, des alcools américains autres que bourbons.
Ce High West est en fait un blend de whisky de seigle (rye), de maïs (bourbon) et d’orge (single malt écossais non identifié)
En bouche, il ne se passe quasi rien… Nous avons de l’alcool très doux (le rye), une petite pointe poivrée (l’alcool) et une finale (si l’on peut appeler ça une finale tellement elle courte) rappelant un bon …. ketchup mexicain.

Our whisky club has decided to embark on some off (very off) the beaten track exploration by experimenting with American whiskeys.
Or rather, American spirits other than bourbons.
This High West is actually a blend of rye whiskey, corn (bourbon) and barley (unidentified Scottish single malt)
In the mouth, almost nothing happens … We have very mild alcohol (rye), a little peppery touch (alcohol) and a so-called finish reminiscent of good …. Mexican ketchup.
