Dans ma série de vieux blends, j’ai eu l’occasion de goûter ce Scots Grey 12 ans qui me fut proposé par l’acheteur de cette bouteille que je vendais.
Et je ne peux que le remercier pour cette touchante attention. Nous avons donc découvert ensemble cette curiosité.
J’ai eu le plaisir de déguster un blend à la fois doux et de caractère, avec une finale satisfaisante. Un whisky bien présent en bouche, caressant de sa douceur de grains le palais tout en affirmant son caractère me rappelant singulièrement le Talisker. En fait, son malt principal serait de la distillerie Invergordon (si quelqu’un peut confirmer).
Pour le prix (20€) ce fût un excellent rapport qualité/prix à découvrir

In my serie of old blends, I had the opportunity to taste this Scots Gray 12 years old offered to me by the buyer of this bottle I was selling.
And I can only thank him for this warmful attention. So did we discover this curiosity together.
I had the pleasure of tasting a blend that was both sweet and full of character, with a satisfying finish. A very present whisky on the palate, caressing the palate with its grainy sweetness while asserting its character, singularly reminding me of Talisker. In fact, its main malt would be from the Invergordon distillery (if anyone can confirm).
For the price (20 €) it was an excellent price performance ratio to discover
