DU TANIN TOURBE – Score:7/10
De retour sur Berne, obligé de passer par la Kornhaus Keller et son bar fantastique (en tout cas, avant sa reprise) équipé d’un cabinet pleins d’excellents malts.
Ce Bunnah me fait de l’oeil, il faut dire que la stratégie marketing de l’embouteilleur Adelphi est basée sur la couleur du whisky avec une étiquette minimaliste.
Et la couleur de ce Bunnah est très affriolante. Après avoir payé un pont pour 2cl (la dose usuelle en Suisse), je me prépare à savourer ce whisky.
Wouaouw… la tourbe est bien présente, il n’y a pas de doute, on enchaîne rapidement sur une petite note fruitée passant rapidement vers le tabac et le tannin du sherry. La finale se termine sur des épices et une belle dose d’amertume qui ternit grandement l’expérience.

This Bunnah catches my eye, it must be said that the marketing strategy of the bottler Adelphi is based on the color of the whisky with a minimalist label.
And the color of this Bunnah is very alluring. After paying an arm and a leg for 2cl (the usual dram in Switzerland), I get ready to savor this whisky.
Wooow … the peat is very present, there is no doubt, we quickly follow on a small fruity note rapidly passing towards tobacco and the tannin of the sherry. The finish ends with spices and a heavy dose of bitterness which greatly tarnishes the experience.
