LE VOILA LE BUNNAH – Score: 8,5/10
La dégustation précédente m’avait fortement déçu, il faut le dire, de par le manque de caractère voire de présence de saveur.
Alors quand on m’annonce que la suivante sera non seulement du même millésime mais également du même distillat mais de fût voisin, je n’ai donc pas grand espoir en la qualité du jus.
Et bien, c’est à se demander si les saveurs des précédents fûts n’ont pas rejoint les 704435 et 704436.
C’est le jour et la nuit en terme de puissance. Autant l’autre étant quasi insipide, autant celui-ci est d’une rare puissance où la tourbe bat son plein, rythmant avec force la danse citronnée et cendrée de ce Bunnah plein de caractère.
La finale est grasse, sur les notes de fruits exotiques et toujours cette tourbe qui nous accompagne du début à la fin.
