Troisième dégustation de rang d’un Bunnahabhain embouteillé cette fois par Signatory Vintage dans une série spéciale vieillissement en fût de Sherry.
Un embouteillage dont la réduction à 46% rendant, à mon humble avis, ce whisky plus abordable gustativement.
A noter que ce fût et cet embouteillage est une sélection de l’importateur allemand Kirsch Whisky
Cette sélection est pour le moins judicieuse avec un whisky très agréable en bouche. Comme dit précédemment, la réduction éthylique lui apporte une belle stabilité mettant en valeur ses notes de chocolat au lait, de café latte, de cacao en poudre, tout en conservant une belle rondeur en bouche.
La finale se présentera sous des formes de fruits secs tels des arachides salées le tout accompagné d’une légère pointe poivrée très agréable.

Third tasting in a row of a Bunnahabhain bottled this time by Signatory Vintage in a special Sherry barrel aging series.
A bottling whose reduction to 46% making, in my humble opinion, this whisky more approachable in taste.
Note that this cask and this bottling is a selection of the German importer Kirsch Whisky
This selection is judicious to say the least, with a very pleasant whisky on the palate. As said previously, the ethylic reduction gives it a nice stability highlighting its notes of milk chocolate, latte, cocoa powder, while maintaining a nice roundness in the mouth.
The finish will come in the form of dried fruits such as salted peanuts, all accompanied by a very pleasant hint of peppery.
